We are looking for a skilled and passionate Interior Architect with expertise in Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) to join a creative team.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the interiors of exceptional residential projects, blending contemporary design with timeless classic principles. Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to create interior layouts, finishes, and FF&E specifications for luxury residential developments.
2. Develop and manage FF&E design concepts from inception to final installation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
3. Produce detailed design documentation, including mood boards, material palettes, and FF&E schedules, aligning with the company’s vision of sustainable luxury and craftsmanship.
4. Curate and specify top-tier materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment that reflect the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
5. Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and manufacturers to ensure the seamless execution of designs.
6. Ensure all designs comply with building regulations, sustainability standards, and environmental best practices.
7. Stay current with the latest design trends and sustainable innovations, bringing fresh ideas to every project.
8. Present design concepts to stakeholders, providing clear and compelling explanations for design choices and product selections.

Key Qualifications:

• Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior architecture with a strong focus on FF&E, particularly in high-end residential projects.
• A solid understanding of both contemporary and classic design principles, with a keen eye for detail.
• Expertise in specifying high-quality materials and FF&E, with an emphasis on sustainability and craftsmanship.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects efficiently and effectively.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
