Job summary

RHP Group in London is seeking an Interim Water Safety Surveyor to provide technical assurance across our Water Safety programme, helping validate compliance risks and strengthen governance. You will manage Water Risk Assessments, water hygiene programmes and Legionella risk management across our homes and buildings, ensuring risks are identified and controlled.

Job description

Location: South-west London (Teddington) with flexibility

Salary per annum: £45,280 per annum

Who we’re looking for

As our Interim Water Safety Surveyor, you will provide technical assurance and specialist support across our Water Safety programme, helping validate compliance risks, improve contractor performance, reduce remediation backlogs and strengthen governance, operational controls and assurance arrangements.

You’ll be responsible for managing Water Risk Assessments, water hygiene programmes and Legionella risk management activities across our homes and buildings, ensure risks are accurately identified and effectively controlled.

You’ll also undertake inspections, quality assurance reviews and validation of contractor outputs, providing assurance that works are completed to the required standards.

Working collaboratively with contractors, you’ll help drive improvements in compliance, performance and technical standards. You’ll also play an important role in developing and enhancing compliance procedures, operational controls and assurance arrangements, helping to strengthen our overall approach to water safety and ensure we continue to provide safe homes for our customers.
