Job summary

Park Avenue Recruitment is seeking an Interim Valuation Surveyor to join our client's Property team in Norfolk. You will focus on asset valuation work for local authority clients and report to the Director of Property.

The role offers a 6-9 month contract, £450-£500 per day Inside IR35, with 3-4 days per week in the office and flexibility as the assignment progresses. MRICS or Registered Valuer preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have strong asset valuation experience.
• Experience delivering asset valuations for local authorities preferred.
• MRICS or Registered Valuer qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support local authority clients with asset valuation requirements.
• Join Estates team of around five people and report to the Director of Property.
• Contribute to valuation projects and client liaison as needed.

You'll be joining a small Estates team of around five people and reporting directly into the Director of Property.

The main focus of the role will be to support local authority clients with their asset valuation requirements, so strong, hands‑on valuation experience is essential.

About You

• Ideally previous experience working with or alongside Local Authorities, allowing you to hit the ground running
