Interim Turnaround Manager (CQC Improvement)

Location: West Midlands, UK • Contract Duration: 3-6 Months • Day Rate: Competitive

Panoramic Associates are working with a well-regarded care provider who are seeking an experienced Interim Turnaround Support Manager to lead urgent improvements within a care home in the West Midlands. This critical role will focus on driving compliance, stabilising operations, and preparing the service for a successful CQC inspection.

Responsibilities
  • Identify areas of concern, implement robust action plans, and mentor the existing team
  • Conduct a thorough audit and develop a targeted improvement plan
  • Lead on CQC compliance, safeguarding, and quality assurance
  • Support and coach the Registered Manager and team
  • Engage with staff, residents, families, and external professionals
  • Monitor progress and report regularly to senior stakeholders
