Job description

Finatal are working exclusively with a blue-chip private equity fund, searching for an Interim CFO to lead a turnaround project for their multi-billion revenue portfolio company in the global technology sector.

The company has multiple failing business units globally, and you will be working closely with a highly experienced CEO who has led multiple turnaround situations within the sector.

You will lead on the restructuring of their balance sheet and finance functions both at the group and local level, liaise and negotiate with the banks regarding debt financing/refinancing, and as one of your first tasks, lead the spin-off of multiple business units.

The role will require prior experience with asset sales and leaseback situations, along with previous experience with PE and within the technology sector.

Extensive travel will be required, and the compensation model will explore a day rate + success fee, linked to cost reduction and EBITDA improvements.
