Overview

Interim Transformation Project Manager - Pharmaceuticals Data Security

Rate: £800 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35). Client: Global Pharmaceuticals organisation. Location: Hybrid, 2 days in London. Duration: To end of December 2025 (strong scope to extend to mid 2026).

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Pharmaceutical major during a time of key regulatory change that will touch all aspects of their global business.

This will be a pivotal role to ensuring the compliant control and flow of data, which will require reshaping of ways of working, operating procedures, systems compliance and contracts.

You will drive the entire workstream, drafting and implementing a clear plan, timelines, and tangible deliverables across a multi-matrix team, ensuring audit readiness.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the entire workstream, drafting and implementing a clear plan, timelines, and tangible deliverables across a multi-matrix team, ensuring audit readiness.
  • Ensure compliant control and flow of data; reshape ways of working, operating procedures, systems compliance and contracts.
Requirements
  • Previous Project Management delivery for complex transformation programmes, across a breadth of focus (process improvement, operating model, cultural, digital).
  • 5-7 years' Project Management experience.
  • Change and Transformation experience spanning 3-4 years.
  • Ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Global, matrix company experience.
  • Pharmaceuticals background strongly.
  • Any Project / Programme Management qualifications (PMP, Prince 2) would be beneficial.
