Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced commercial lawyer with expertise in:

• Providing legal advice on a wide range of commercial contracts, tech law, data protection, and related legal issues.
• Advising on third-party supplier contracts for goods, services, and products across various stakeholder and internal client types.
• Understanding regulatory environments and regulations affecting such contracts, e.g., GDPR, EBA Outsourcing Guidelines, DORA, bank resolution planning.
• Working on key projects, including technology implementations involving Cloud and AI.
• Collaborating with international legal teams to address local law requirements across countries receiving third-party services.

The anticipated start date is September 2025. Hybrid working is available. The engagement is expected to last 12 months.
