Job summary

MHC is seeking a Team Leader for Highfield Park in North Wales to support staff and ensure continuity of care. You will work with the Deputy Manager and Registered Manager to provide professional guidance to Support Workers and promote high standards of practice.

You will join a dedicated team at a home that provides care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. We offer online learning, coaching, and a supportive environment with opportunities for progression.

About the role

As a Team Leader you will play a key role in delivering services within the home by ensuring the promotion of good working practice, offering support to staff and acting as a role model. You will work closely with the Deputy Manager as well as the Registered Manager to provide professional support, supervision and guidance to Support Workers, and ensure continuity of care. You will work as part of a dedicated, qualified and capable staff team who put the people living here at the heart of what we do.

Highfield Park

Located in a picturesque part of North Wales, Highfield Park has 13 residential services for adults who have a learning disability, autism, challenging behaviour, mental health issues or complex behaviours. Each home is a specialist provision with its own dedicated staff team.
