Your new company
We are interested in receiving applications from experienced Estates Surveyors interested in interim roles in Southwest England. As a surveyor, you will be joining a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation dedicated to serving the community with both excellence and integrity. Your new role
You will undertake estates and valuation exercises for both land and property, facilitating the legal transfer of identified land and assets to partner organisations.

  • Oversee and instruct the valuation of land and property.
  • Facilitate the transfer of identified assets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth asset transition.
  • Provide expert advice on property-related matters where required.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate proven experience in property and land-related surveying, to include valuation, or the ability to instruct valuations. A strong understanding of the legal process involved in asset disposal / transfer will be required, alongside excellent communication and negotiation skills will be important.

What you'll get in return
The opportunity to work from home is available in this role for the majority of the time, however, travel will be required to visibly inspect property or land. A competitive daily rate of between £350 - £400 per day is available, with an initial contract of up to six months' duration.
