Job description

My client, a top tier bank, is looking to hire a mid-level Structured Products Lawyer for a 12 month contract. The successful candidate will have a minimum 5 PQE from a top law firm or equivalent financial services institution.

The contractor will be expected to:

1. Review and advise on termsheet disclosures and prospectus disclosures
2. Assist with structuring queries
3. Advise on Retail Structured Products governance issues, attend RSP Governance Committee sessions and preparatory work, as well as monitor industry discussions on RSP Governance
