Job summary

YTL UK is seeking an experienced Interim Social Media Manager for a 12-month maternity cover, reporting to the Group Director of Corporate Affairs. Lead social media for a diverse portfolio, shaping strategy, governance and paid campaigns while driving engagement across the Group.

You will guide senior stakeholders, oversee a small team, and deliver measurable impact through social-first content and collaboration across brands.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Communications, PR, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience developing and delivering social media strategies in a complex organisation.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and managing stakeholders.
• Experience delivering integrated social media campaigns including paid activity and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of social media management tools and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of the Group's social media strategy across brands.
• Provide strategic advice to senior leaders and stakeholders including thought leadership.
• Identify opportunities on emerging platforms and audiences to enhance performance.
• Oversee content planning and delivery of social-first campaigns across channels.
• Lead social media governance, brand standards and crisis responses.
• Develop employee advocacy and collaboration across communications, marketing and HR.
• Coach and develop the social media team and foster best practice.
