YTL UK is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Social Media to lead a cross-portfolio social media function for Wessex Water, YTL UK and YTL Construction UK, reporting to the Group Director of Corporate Affairs. You will shape strategy, drive engagement, and provide expert advice on content, governance, paid campaigns and reputation management across the Group, while building and mentoring a small team.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media or related discipline.
• Significant experience delivering social media strategies within a complex organisation.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of the Group's social media strategy across multiple brands.
• Provide strategic advice to senior leaders and stakeholders, including executive profiling.
• Oversee planning and delivery of engaging social-first content and integrated campaigns.
• Manage paid social activity and budgets with data-driven optimisations.
• Lead social media governance, crisis communications and reputation management.
