A prominent recruitment agency is seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor to assist their client in Greater Manchester until March 2026. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in Building Surveying, specifically in social housing. Responsibilities include conducting stock condition assessments, managing your diary, and updating databases. A flexible office presence requirement is also in place, with at least one visit per week expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Building Surveying within social housing.
• Ideally RICS or CIOB qualified.

• BeRICSorCIOBqualified (although not essential) butHNCwould be helpful
• Based in a commutable distance to Greater Manchester
• Have 2+ years experience within Building Surveying in a social housing capacity.

Responsibilities include:

• General Building Surveying duties
• Managing your own diary
• Liaising with the Senior Assets Officer
• Updating the Asset Management database
• Writing reports

The client are also quite flexible on officepresenceas you will be managing your own diary and therefore on site the majority of the time. They would require you in the officeat leastonce per week.
