Job summary

Bis Henderson is seeking an experienced Warehouse Solutions Design Manager to design and deliver innovative warehouse solutions for new business opportunities and improvement projects within a leading contract logistics business. The role covers UK sites with strong Midlands, Yorkshire and South England coverage.

You will develop layouts, labour models, capacity plans, and cost proposals, support tender responses, and collaborate across BD, Operations, Engineering and Finance to win solutions;

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse solutions design within a 3PL or contract logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, labour modelling, layout design and operational costing.
• Experience supporting tender responses and customer solution development.
• Advanced Excel skills, with experience using AutoCAD and warehouse modelling tools desirable.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Solutions Design Manager (Contract Logistics)

6-Month Contract

Can be based out of any UK site, with high coverage in the Midlands, Yorkshire or the South of England.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solutions professional to join a fast-paced logistics business and play a key role in delivering innovative warehouse solutions over an initial six-month contract.
