Interim Site Supervisor (6-Month Fixed Term)
Location: Abbey Road Reuse and Recycling Centre, Park Royal, London, NW10
Contract: Fixed-Term, 6 Months (Full-time)
Salary: £43,739 - £46,939 (inclusive of London Weighting)
Hours: 36 hours per week over 5 days, on a rota covering a 7-day operation (weekend working required)

At the West London Waste Authority, we’re reimagining how waste is managed to support a circular economy and a cleaner, greener future for West London. Our Household Reuse and Recycling Centres (HRRCs) are key to delivering exceptional environmental services to our communities.
We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Site Supervisor to provide operational leadership and cover at our busy Abbey Road Reuse and Recycling Centre during a period of transition. This is a 6-month fixed-term post, offering a great opportunity to support frontline services while contributing to environmental outcomes.
Role Overview
You will work alongside an existing Site Supervisor to manage a 7-day site operation, each covering 5 days per week on a rota basis. Together, you will ensure the site runs smoothly, safely, and in line with regulatory and customer service standards.
Reporting to the Senior Site Manager, you’ll lead a team of up to 15 operational staff and help maintain safe, effective, and high-quality service delivery.
