A Northeast-based global leader in environmental and engineering solutions, committed to delivering innovative, sustainable energy technology while providing exceptional service and long-term value to clients. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a proactive and organized Service Delivery Manager on an interim basis. The Role of Service Delivery Manager
  • Field Engineer Support - Ensure engineers have the resources, tools, and information needed for maintenance and project work.
  • Maintenance Coordination - Oversee scheduled maintenance for CHP units, ground source, and air source heat pumps, ensuring reliability.
  • Breakdown Management - Act as the first contact for urgent repairs, coordinating rapid responses and customer service.
  • Parts Procurement - Manage inventory and work with suppliers for timely delivery of components.
  • Client Liaison - Communicate with clients regarding maintenance schedules and updates, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Project Support - Assist in planning and executing low-carbon energy projects.
  • Operational Efficiency - Implement process improvements to enhance service quality and reduce downtime.
The Right Service Delivery Manager
  • Experience supporting operations, engineering coordination, or maintenance planning, preferably in energy or engineering sectors.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience sourcing and procuring technical parts and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, especially during breakdowns.
  • Knowledge of low-carbon energy systems, CHP, heat pumps, and maintenance systems is highly desirable. Proficiency in ERP systems is a plus.
