Finatal is partnered with a well-known professional services business in London seeking a highly skilled and immediately available Interim Senior Reporting Manager to lead a crucial project focused on overhauling their reporting processes. This is an exceptional opportunity to make an impact within a well-established organisation.

About the Role:

As the Interim Senior Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for assessing the current state of the business's reporting framework, identifying key areas for improvement, and implementing streamlined and efficient processes. You will work closely with finance leadership and other key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a thorough review and analysis of existing reporting processes, identifying inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and areas for enhancement.
  • Design and implement new reporting frameworks, policies, and procedures to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain robust internal controls over financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to optimise data collection, management, and reporting systems.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present insightful financial reports and analysis to senior management.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in financial reporting.

Qualifications:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
  • Experience within a professional services business is preferred.
