Job summary

Internationalinsuranceprofessionals is seeking an Interim Senior Management Accountant to lead month-end close, prepare P&L/balance sheet, and drive improvements in a PE-backed SaaS/tech environment. The role requires strong technical accounting and the ability to work with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.

Qualified candidates with ACA/ACCA/CIMA and immediate availability (1–2 weeks) are preferred, with prior interim experience highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Experience in fast-paced management accounting.
• SaaS/tech or subscription business experience is essential.
• Private equity backed environment experience essential.
• Available to start within 1–2 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month end close process and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L and balance sheet reporting.
• Deliver variance analysis and provide insights into business performance.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and maintain strong financial controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting.
• Work closely with senior finance stakeholders on process improvements and ad hoc projects.
