Role: Senior Legal Counsel

Our client, a leading specialist insurer and reinsurer, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract starting in August. This role offers the opportunity to work within a multinational insurance business.

The Senior Legal Counsel will have significant experience in insurance distribution and will be responsible for:

• Advising on insurance distribution of products
• Advising on insurance distribution structures and channels
• Handling issues and disputes, including exits
• Providing advice on risk management and proposing insurance products

Qualifications and experience required include:

• Qualify as a Solicitor in England and Wales
• Experience in insurance within a commercial or specialty insurer
• Extensive experience in insurance distribution

This role offers the chance to join a leading insurer in London, with a hybrid working model of 2 days in the office and 3 days remote. The position may evolve into a permanent role.
