Senior Legal Counsel - Insurance Distribution

12 Months Fixed Term Contract

London

Senior Legal Counsel is required to join a leading specialist insurer and reinsurer which is a multinational insurance business on a 12-month fixed-term contract starting in August.

As the Senior Legal Counsel, you will have significant experience working within insurance distribution. Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on insurance distribution of products
• Advising on insurance distribution structures and channels
• Advising on issues and disputes, including exits
• Proposing risk management strategies and insurance products

Qualifications and Experience:

• Ideally qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales
• Experience in insurance within a commercial or specialty insurer
• Extensive experience with insurance distribution

This role offers an opportunity to join a leading insurer in London, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. The role is office-based 2 days a week and remote 3 days, providing a hybrid working environment in a central location.
