Interim Senior Leader - Curriculum & Assessment

Secondary School - West Midlands

Start: September 2025 (Potential for role to extend or permanent appointment)

Hays Leadership are currently working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in the West Midlands to recruit an Interim Senior Leader with a strong background in curriculum and assessment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking leadership team at a pivotal time in the school's development.

This interim position will begin in September 2025, covering the Autumn Term initially. You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering the school's curriculum and assessment strategy, working closely with the Headteacher and wider SLT to drive standards and support staff development.
