Interim Senior HR BP - ER focus - Immediate start - 12 M FTC

About the Role

Working for a leading real estate business, you will join for a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC). Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations, you will have a generalist remit with an ER focus. Your responsibilities include managing complex ER casework, updating policies and procedures to align with best practices, and monitoring UK legal updates.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a variety of complex ER casework.
  2. Write and update HR policies and procedures.
  3. Implement organizational design initiatives, including redundancy processes, consultations, restructures, and creating new job titles.
Candidate Requirements
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent.
  • Available to start immediately.
  • Able to commit to a 12-month full-time contract, working 4 days per week from the London office.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Ability to influence and engage at a senior level.
  • Experience managing redundancy and restructuring activities while maintaining engagement and minimizing disruption.
