This is a pivotal position supporting the CEO of a global non-profit organisation focused on social justice and gender equality. You will provide high-level strategic, operational, and administrative support, enabling effective leadership and governance.

Responsibilities
  • Support the CEO with strategic priorities, communications, and stakeholder engagement
  • Coordinate Board and Senior Leadership Team meetings and governance processes
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, travel, expenses, and internal communications
  • Lead onboarding and training for new Board members
  • Represent the CEO's office with professionalism and discretion
  • Contribute to global forums and external engagement initiatives
Profile

A successful Interim Senior Executive Officer should have:

  • 7+ years' experience supporting senior leaders and Boards
  • Strong governance, project coordination, and internal comms skills
  • High-level proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
  • Excellent judgement, discretion, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
