INTERIM SENIOR ESTATES SURVEYOR

LONDON

Park Avenue are pleased to be working with a London Borough who require an Interim Senior Estates Surveyor on an initial 3-month contract.

This role will see you focused on the Council's Commercial and Operational portfolios - retail, offices, community centres, leisure centres and a handful of industrial units. You'll be working on rent reviews, lease renewals and general landlord and tenant responsibilities.

You'll need to work collaboratively with the tenants on increasing rental agreements to work towards the Councils income generation strategy.

This role is hybrid, with you being in the office 2 days per week. Access to a car is beneficial, but not essential. MRICS is required, as is previous Local Authority experience.
