The Opportunity: Our client is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Surveyor to take the lead on asset management activities, including property disposals, acquisitions, and valuations within a diverse public sector portfolio. Main Duties:

Oversee the acquisition and disposal of public sector property assets

Manage a mixed-use estate encompassing both commercial and operational properties

Deliver valuations to support financial reporting and strategic estate planning

Contribute to asset reviews with the aim of enhancing estate value and performance

Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Chartered Surveyor (MRICS or equivalent) with extensive estates and asset management experience

Demonstrable success in managing property transactions and delivering accurate valuations

Solid understanding of landlord and tenant legislation, particularly within the public sector context

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with experience engaging a wide range of stakeholders

Strategic thinker with a track record of driving efficiencies and unlocking estate value
