Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors is desirable.
• Proven track record in month-end close and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel and ERP system experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead month-end close and year-end close processes.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Analyse costs, margins, stock movements and operational performance.
• Partner with production teams to provide financial insight and challenge.
• Assist with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors as required.
• Drive process improvements across finance and wider business operations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and internal policies.
