Job summary

The Management Recruitment Group (MRG) is working with a large London-based organisation to recruit an Interim Security Manager for a 3-month contract. The role is London-based with a day shift, offering leadership across a multi-site operation.

You will oversee security operations, mentor Deputy Security Managers, and manage key stakeholders while maintaining high estate standards. This position requires proven leadership and a hands-on approach to quickly develop teams.

Interim Security Manager

London location

3 month contract (Monday to Friday, day shift)

£270 - £300 per day (PAYE)

We’re working with a large London-based organisation seeking an experienced Interim Security Manager to provide leadership across a multi-site operation.

What makes this assignment particularly interesting is the opportunity to act as a mentor and advisor to an established team. Someone who has the experience and wants to offer guidance and best practice, and is comfortable developing others whilst maintaining high operational standards.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing security operations, supporting Deputy Security Managers, managing key stakeholders, and ensuring consistently high standards across the estate.
