Robertson Bell is proud to be working with a leading public sector organisation to recruit an Interim Sage Intacct Consultant on a three-month contract. This newly created role will support a vital phase of a finance system transformation, ensuring a smooth and successful go-live.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering in-depth training and guidance to the finance team across core modules including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reporting, and month-end close.
  • Working closely with the project and finance teams to troubleshoot issues and address gaps identified during user acceptance testing.
  • Recommending process improvements and best practice approaches to ensure maximum system efficiency.
  • Providing on-site support, working directly with users to embed system knowledge and confidence.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience implementing and supporting Sage Intacct.
  • Strong technical finance knowledge and the ability to communicate system processes clearly to a range of users.
  • Qualified accountant or qualified by experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with a hands-on and proactive approach.
  • Immediate availability and the ability to commit to a three-month assignment.
