Une entreprise familiale dynamique recherche un gestionnaire de propriété expérimenté pour superviser la gestion des locataires et les projets de développement. Vous serez responsable des inspections de propriétés et de la gestion générale de l'état, tout en assurant un service de haut niveau. Qualifications

  • Expérience de 2 à 3 ans dans un rôle similaire.
  • Engagement envers la santé et la sécurité.
  • Maîtrise des solutions technologiques, notamment MS Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Superviser la gestion des locataires et assurer les vérifications de référence.
  • Gérer les processus de changement de locataire et d'inspection des biens.
  • Assister à la planification de développement et projets de loisirs.

Job description

The role

  • Oversight of the management of tenants including sourcing suitable tenants and ensuring referencing and right to rent checks are completed.
  • Ensuring a smooth handover of property to new tenants. Ensuring a smooth end of tenancy process.
  • Property inspections in Oxfordshire & Gloucestershire
  • Dealing with FBTs, Leases, AST's, Cropping Licenses & Grazing licenses and other 3rd party arrangements (Landlord and Tenant matters).
  • Planning applications for development and estate matters
  • Assisting in development and delivery the leisure offerings across the estate
  • Overseeing smaller development projects, reporting into the Renovation and Development Manger
  • Estate Management - General Estate management matters under the direction of the Head of Property
  • Assisting with the implementation of Woodland Management Plans.

About you

  • Qualification requirements - MRICS / FAAV / AssocRICS
  • 2 - 3 years in a similar position
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude and commitment to health and safety
  • Computer literate in all MS office programs particularly MS Excel
  • Ability to deal with wide-ranging challenges and responsibilities with diplomacy and patience
  • Ability to quickly build strong working relationships at all levels of the business
