Interim Risk Manager

Initial 8-month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Bath (Hybrid, 1– 2 days in the office per week)

Salary: To £65k + benefits

You’ll be responsible for delivering and maintaining the Enterprise Risk Management framework for the Group and for performing a robust 2nd line Assurance programme.

You’ll work with 1st line colleagues to complete risk management processes to help manage risk and also strive to develop a strong risk culture and support business functions and the leadership team in understanding risk matters in a meaningful and pragmatic manner.

You will ideally be in the office 2 days a week, although 1 day per week (or 2 days per fortnight) would also be considered. The office is a short walk from Bath Spa station.

You’ll have strong risk management experience with an excellent understanding of Operational Risk Management in a Financial Services environment and a proven track record of executing RCSAs.

A proven track record of being able to engage and influence senior stakeholders is essential.

You must also be immediately available or available to start at short notice (less than 2 weeks’ notice).
