Our client is a PE-backed, established fintech bank.

The requirement is for a complete reward strategy to be built, with a focus on the LTIP / equity and cash bonus structure.

The assignment is initially for 12 weeks, on a day rate, outside of IR35, and can be fully remote, with an immediate start.

We require a seasoned interim reward consultant with a proven track record in creating and delivering enterprise reward strategies in PE-backed financial services firms. An ex-consulting background would be a bonus.
