Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd. is seeking an Interim Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home in Kent. You will provide strong regulatory oversight, ensure safeguarding, and drive operational stability during the interim period (3-6 months).

The role requires Ofsted-regulated home experience, Level 5 Diploma, full UK driving licence, and the ability to embed best practice, develop staff, and prepare for inspections. Immediate start available with an attractive interim package.

Qualifications

• Registered Manager with Ofsted-regulated children's home experience.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Proven track record improving safeguarding and regulatory outcomes.
• Ability to lead, develop staff, and maintain positive relationships with authorities.

Delphi Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a children's residential care provider in Kent seeking an experienced Interim Registered Manager to provide strong leadership, regulatory oversight, and operational stability within an Ofsted-regulated children's home.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager, Turnaround Manager, or high-calibre Deputy Manager who can quickly embed themselves within a service, support staff, strengthen compliance, and drive positive outcomes for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

About You

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within an Ofsted-regulated children's home.
• Alternatively, an experienced Deputy Manager with substantial leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
• Proven experience achieving or maintaining Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes.
• Experience supporting children with EBD, complex behaviours, trauma, or challenging needs.
• Excellent safeguarding and risk management knowledge.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
