Interim Support Manager – Learning Disabilities Home (Hull)
Location: Hull | Contract Type: Interim – 6 months | Day Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience and inside IR35 | Start Date: Immediate

Panoramic Associates are seeking a dynamic leader to help oversee a well-established residential home for adults with learning disabilities in Hull. This interim role offers a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensure high-quality care, and drive positive outcomes for residents during a period of transition.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of care professionals
  • Implement and maintain high standards of care and safeguarding
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
  • Liaise with families, professionals, and external agencies
  • Drive continuous improvement and person-centred planning
About You
  • Registered Manager experience in a learning disability setting
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding practices
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred
  • Able to hit the ground running and bring stability and vision during a key period
