Job Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role scoping through to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and sourcing strategies.
  • Utilise a variety of sourcing channels to attract suitable candidates.
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with organisational needs.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and facilitate offer negotiations.
  • Maintain and update recruitment systems and reporting tools.
  • Provide insights on recruitment trends and strategies to improve hiring outcomes.


The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Business Partner should have:

  • Experience in recruitment within professional services setting.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms - ideally Workday.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment and recruitment legislation.
  • An ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns effectively.
  • An immediate start is required, therefore you will need to be available in the next month to start.
