Qualifications

• Previous experience within reconciliation, finance operations, procurement, inventory or supply chain analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse large datasets and present insights.
• Proven ability to investigate discrepancies, identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple departments.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile supplier invoices, purchase orders and goods received records, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Analyse inventory, purchasing and supplier data to identify trends, errors and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage credits and returns, ensuring financial recoveries are accurately tracked and recorded.
• Develop reporting and insight that enables better control of stock, purchasing and supplier performance.
• Drive process improvements that strengthen governance, improve accuracy and reduce financial leakage.
