Interim Real Estate Solicitor – Glasgow / Edinburgh

Job Description:

This highly regarded law firm is currently seeking an interim lawyer to join its Real Estate team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. The role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, with potential for extension. The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with at least 2 years PQE and experience in real estate transactions such as sale and purchase, leasing, portfolio management, and title review. Applications from candidates with significantly more experience are also welcome, making this role suitable for an experienced lawyer seeking additional flexibility.

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out client instructions, complete all necessary administrative documentation promptly, draft fee notes, and correspond with clients and other solicitors via email. You will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision and apply your legal initiative as part of the team.
