Join a Leading Global Financial Services Organization as a Sourcing/Procurement Lead – Real Estate, Construction & Design (FF&E) and FM Services!

Office-Based Role: This position requires 3 days on-site in the City of London offices

Are you an expert in Sourcing and Procurement with a deep technical understanding of Real Estate, Construction & Design and Fit-Out Services? Do you have a proven track record managing high-value contracts across a diverse range of FM services, including global car lease agreements, high value office supplies, fit-outs, and construction services? If so, we want you to join one of the leading global financial services organizations.

As a Sourcing/Procurement Lead, you will be responsible for managing Real Estate, Construction, Design and Fit-Out services spend, along with overseeing office-related supplies and car lease agreements. You will be working with multiple sites in Europe to ensure the smooth operation and successful delivery of key services, all while maintaining strong supplier relationships and driving cost efficiencies.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Procurement Expertise in Real Estate & Fit-Out Services: Strong background in real estate, construction, design, and office fit-outs procurement within the private sector, with the ability to manage complex contracts and high-value projects.
  2. Comprehensive Procurement Skills: Experience in managing a range of services including office supplies, car lease agreements, maintenance, and fit-outs for multi-site operations.
  3. End-to-End Tendering Experience: Extensive experience running end-to-end tenders for real estate and construction & design services, as well as negotiating contracts for office supplies and car leasing.
  4. Strong Negotiator: Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to secure the best value for FM, office supplies and real estate services while managing multiple suppliers and contractors.
  5. CIPS Qualified (Desirable): Certification in CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) is highly desirable.
  6. Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage with and influence key stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business goals, ensuring successful project delivery.
  7. Multi-Site Experience: Ability to manage services and procurement activities across multiple locations, within European countries and wider, ensuring consistent quality and cost control across sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Real Estate Construction & Design Procurement: Lead the procurement of real estate, construction, design, and fit-out services, including managing contracts for office space, interior design, and space utilization.
  2. Office Supplies & Car Lease Agreements: Oversee the procurement of office supplies and car lease agreements, ensuring that all requirements are met while maximizing value and minimizing costs.
  3. Supplier & Contractor Management: Manage a portfolio of suppliers and contractors across various services, including fit-outs, maintenance, office supplies, and car leasing, ensuring optimal performance and quality standards.
  4. End-to-End Tender Management: Run/manage complex end-to-end tenders for a variety of real estate/construction services, including design and office fit-outs.
  5. Contract Negotiations: Leverage strong negotiation skills to secure favourable terms and conditions with suppliers and contractors.
  6. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with the company’s broader objectives.
  7. Project Delivery: Ensure the smooth delivery of office fit-outs and construction projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently across multiple sites.
