URGENT - Interim Quality & Support Manager

Start Date: Immediate

A large learning disabilities care provider is seeking dynamic and experienced Interim Support to lead a critical turnaround project. This is a great opportunity for a confident leader to drive cultural change, restore quality standards, and embed sustainable improvements.

Key Priorities
  • Provide strong operational oversight and address poor practice
  • Coach and develop colleagues to rebuild a positive care culture
  • Up skill team members
  • Embed robust governance and audit frameworks
  • Assess and improve support plans and risk assessments as needed
  • Strengthen MCA and Best Interest processes
Systems Experience Required
  • Digital care planning systems (e.g., Nourish) - essential
  • Experience with compliance and eMAR platforms - desirable
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven track record in turnaround leadership within adult social care
  • Supported living management experience
  • Skilled in coaching and mentoring front line teams
  • Comfortable working in high-pressure environments
