This tier-one team advises a diverse range of clients including developers, corporate occupiers, investment funds, and high-net-worth individuals. The role involves working on complex property-related disputes such as development disputes, injunctions, joint venture disputes, judicial reviews, and other contentious matters.

The team frequently participates in court and trial work, including cases in the Appeal Courts, with high-profile cases often attracting media attention.
