Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates, a well-established Scottish law firm, is recruiting an Interim Property Associate to join its property team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. The role suits an experienced solicitor able to handle a busy workload with minimal supervision on commercial property matters.

You will work on asset management, drafting and negotiating property documentation, and coordinating with clients to ensure timely progress of matters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ PQE in commercial property.
• Able to manage own workload from day one.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property solicitor to step into a busy team and support the delivery of ongoing client work during a period of growth and transition.

Applicants should have at least 3 years’ PQE in commercial property and be comfortable managing their own workload from day one. This role would suit a practical, commercially minded solicitor who can quickly integrate into an existing team and provide dependable support on a range of transactional and asset management matters.
