Frasia Wright Associates is seeking an Interim Property Associate to join its busy property team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. This well-established Scottish law firm offers exposure to a wide range of commercial property matters and a supportive, collaborative environment.

You should have at least 3 years’ PQE in commercial property and be comfortable managing your own workload from day one. The role suits a practical solicitor who can deliver high-quality work and maintain excellent client service

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters with minimal supervision.
• Support landlord clients on high-volume property transactions.
• Handle day-to-day asset management and general property work.
• Draft, review, and negotiate property documentation.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to progress matters.
• Work closely with colleagues to maintain client service.
