Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects from start to finish.
• Track record of delivering projects to time, cost and quality.
• Strong planning, organisation and reporting skills.
• Experience managing risks, issues and stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Competence with Microsoft Office and project planning or tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver projects from initiation to completion, in line with agreed scope, programme and budget.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource forecasts and governance arrangements.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change control.
• Coordinate input from internal teams, clients, consultants and contractors.
• Monitor progress and costs, and report regularly to senior stakeholders.
• Run project meetings, record decisions and track actions to completion.
• Work with technical colleagues to ensure projects meet relevant regulatory, quality and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including registers, reports and handover materials.
• Manage supplier and contractor performance where required.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to improving project delivery practices.
