This role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills, the ability to navigate matrix structures, and proven expertise in delivering cross-border projects that involve multiple business units, service lines, and geographies.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic priorities with operational execution, and ensuring projects deliver measurable value to the business.

  • Develop clear project charters, governance structures, and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Coordinate with senior partners, functional leaders, and cross-border teams to align objectives and secure buy-in.
  • Manage complex interdependencies between business units, functions, and technology teams.
  • Drive effective risk management, change management, and issue resolution on a global scale.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level reports and updates to steering committees and leadership boards.
  • Ensure compliance with firmwide policies, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
  • Promote consistency in project delivery through best practices, tools, and methodologies.
  • Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the maturity of the firm’s global PMO function.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 8–10+ years of project management experience within a large, global, matrixed professional services organisation (e.g., consulting, legal, accounting, or financial advisory).
  • Experience project managing ERP and various other technologies within organisations.
  • Proven success delivering complex, multi-country or multi-practice projects.
  • Strong understanding of professional services operating models and client service demands.
  • Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with cultural awareness and diplomacy.
