Job summary

Staffline is seeking an Interim Project Engineer to support a major UK manufacturing expansion. The role focuses on defining scope, technical solutions, costs, risks and investment requirements to enable funding decisions.

Primarily on-site with some hybrid work, location near East Midlands/West Midlands border. Responsibilities include utilities, factory services, FEED and front-end development, URS, contractor engagement and project governance, with autonomous contractor delivery through a Ltd

Qualifications

• Define and support project scope, technical solution, costs, risks, programme and investment requirements.
• Experience delivering utility and factory services projects within manufacturing.
• Ability to work autonomously as a contractor through a Ltd Company.

• Utilities & Factory Services
• Electrical infrastructure and power distribution
• Compressed air generation and distribution networks
• Industrial pumping systems, Wastewater treatment and environmental systems
• Process utilities and related factory services upgrades
• FEED, feasibility activities and front-end project development
• URS development, tender engagement and contractor interface
• Management of engineering work packages and schedule development
