On behalf of our public sector client, Panoramic Associates is seeking an Interim Procurement Officer to join a public sector organization based in the North West.

The ideal candidate should be able to support the day-to-day procurement activities, engage and lead end-to-end procurement processes, manage frameworks, and potentially assist in recruitment processes. The role involves supporting various categories, with a focus on professional services and place.

• CIPS, working towards, equivalent, or evidence of CPD.
• Strong knowledge of public sector regulation, including the Procurement Act 2023.
• Experience with end-to-end procurement processes.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver multiple tenders within public sector regulations.
• Experience in delivering social value objectives and/or working in the place/professional services categories.
