Job summary

Arguile is seeking an Interim Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement for EV operations & maintenance. The role requires strong services procurement background and the ability to own complex sourcing with global supplier relationships.

You will collaborate with O&M, Engineering, Asset Management and Finance to build resilient supply chains, negotiate contracts, and drive cost efficiencies during a 3–6 month contract.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' procurement experience with services procurement exposure.
• Experience in O&M, technical services or infrastructure procurement.
• Strong commercial judgement balancing cost, risk and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement across O&M and technical services.
• Develop sourcing strategies for EV charging, field services and electrical works.
• Manage RFI, RFP and RFQ through contract award.
• Benchmark suppliers and lead commercial negotiations (pricing, SLAs, KPIs).
• Define scopes of work, rate cards and performance regimes.
• Due diligence on technical capability, HSSE and financials.
• Collaborate with Legal on MSAs, call-off agreements and SOWs.
• Onboard suppliers and manage mobilisation and performance reviews.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive value across the supply chain.
