This interim role will contribute to strategic procurement activities across a range of services including Facilities Management, Technology, and Marketing.

Description
  • Lead and deliver procurement activities in line with internal governance and the Procurement Act 2023
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that drive value for money
  • Manage procurement processes across frameworks and open market routes
  • Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams across organisations to deliver key outputs
  • Identify and escalation risks or issues that may impact successful procurement delivery
Profile
  • Minimum 5 years public sector procurement experience
  • Proven track record in managing complex, time-sensitive procurement projects
  • Strong understanding of the full procurement lifecycle and public procurement regulations
  • Skilled in drafting procurement documentation, ITTs, evaluation processes, and supplier recommendations
  • In-depth knowledge of contract law and risk analysis
  • Ability to embed quickly into teams and manage fluctuating workloads independently
  • Passionate, driven, and able to meet challenging deadlines
