Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an Interim Performance Analyst for the Performance, Information and Intelligence Team in Slough. This hybrid role requires two days in the office and focuses on data analysis, performance reporting, and business intelligence to support decision-making for children, young people, and families.

You will produce high-quality insights, develop automated reporting, and collaborate with local authorities and health organisations.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality performance information, analysis, and insights to aid senior leaders and service managers.
• Develop and maintain automated reporting processes, data models, and business intelligence solutions.
• Monitor, analyse, and interpret service performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Lead the production of statistical reports from diverse data sources and case management systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to address performance and data needs.
• Assist with statutory returns and ensure data quality and GDPR compliance.
• Investigate data quality issues and support improvements in recording and reporting practices.
• Contribute to organisational data engineering and BI capabilities through process enhancements.
• Address Freedom of Information requests while supporting system developments, testing, and user training.
