Job summary

Frazer Jones is recruiting for an interim HR Operations lead to support a PE-backed growth tech business. You will focus on HR systems, employee data, reporting and operational processes across an international workforce, partnering with C-Suite to enable smooth change and strong employee experience.

Based in London, the role is hybrid with 3 days in the central London office. Start is ASAP and you will help navigate change while ensuring detail is right and processes are scalable.

Qualifications

• Strong HR Operations experience underpinning generalist knowledge.
• Hands-on knowledge of HiBob is essential.
• Experience with US/UK employee populations is advantageous.
• Experience with HR system implementations or migrations.
• Strong data management and Excel skills.
• Capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and solutions-focused approach.
• Private equity-backed or high-growth exposure is a bonus.

Job description

This interim role will support a PE backed growth tech business and will play a key part in supporting HR systems, employee data, reporting, and operational processes across an international workforce. You'll work closely with a range of stakeholders including C-Suite to help ensure a smooth transition to new ways of working while delivering a great employee experience.

What we're looking for:

• Strong HR Operations experience – ideally with a generalist underpin
• Hands-on knowledge of HiBob is essential
• US employee coverage and ideally PEO experience would be advantageous
• Experience with HR system implementations, migrations, or optimisation projects
• Strong data management and Excel skills
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Great communicator with a practical, solutions-focused approach
• Experience supporting UK and/or US employee populations would be a bonus
• Previous exposure to private equity-backed or high-growth businesses is helpful
