Job Title: Interim People Support/Advisor

Salary: £36,000 - £44,000 per annum pro rata dependant on experience

Hours: 40 hours per week - fixed term temporary contract for 3 months

Location: Edwinstowe nr Mansfield and Ewerby, Sleaford

A little about the Interim People Support Role:

We are urgently seeking a temporary HR Advisor to join our People team on a full time, temporary basis working within two of our six care homes. You will play a pivotal role in making the culture more in line with Jasmine Values, improving engagement and team retention whilst providing advice, guidance, and coaching to line support managers. This role will be very hands on with managing various HR activities specifically absence management and induction, implementing policies and resolving complex employee relation issues.

Day to Day Responsibilities for Interim People and Culture Support Role
  • Full accountability of the absence management process including in the first instance completion of all return to work (RTW) documentation and absence one to ones.
  • Ensure all formal attendance hearings are conducted in accordance with policy and legislation.
  • Coach and develop the management team to ensure compliance with all people related process'
  • Point of contact for all new team members within the home
  • Manage the delivery of generalist people & culture activities
  • Minuet taking
  • Other ad hoc People related tasks as required
Essential Requirements for People and Culture Support Role
  • Minimum of two year experience in a HR advisory role
  • Live within 45 minutes of Nightingale (NG21 9PH) and St Andrews (NG34 9PL)
  • Willing to travel between homes - 2 days per week at St Andrews and 3 days per week at Nightingale
